Our Applied Statistical Methods course requires basic familiarity with statistics concepts (mean, standard deviation, p-values). For Bayesian Statistics, we recommend completing introductory statistics first. The Consulting course is designed for those with statistical training seeking to develop professional skills. All courses assume comfort with quantitative reasoning.
Courses meet twice weekly for evening sessions at our Ocean Financial Centre location in Singapore. Each session combines lecture content with hands-on computer lab work. We provide all statistical software access (R, SPSS, Stan) and datasets. Sessions are recorded for review, and instructors hold weekly office hours for additional support.
Applied Statistical Methods runs for 8 weeks with 6 hours of class time weekly plus approximately 8-10 hours of homework. Bayesian Statistics is a 12-week intensive program requiring 8 hours weekly in class and 12-15 hours of project work. Statistical Consulting spans 10 weeks with lighter homework but significant project development time.
Students gain proficiency in R for statistical computing, which has become the industry standard for advanced analytics. Applied methods covers SPSS for comparison. Bayesian courses teach Stan, JAGS, and PyMC3 frameworks. We emphasize reproducible workflows using RMarkdown and version control. All software is open-source and freely available.

Full refunds are available if you withdraw before the second class session. After that point, we offer prorated refunds minus a SGD 200 administrative fee through the halfway point of the course. No refunds are issued after 50% course completion. Students may transfer enrollment to a future session within one year at no charge.
